The space This 4-room garden apartment has been newly furnished with great style and attention to detail, making it ideal for business trips or family vacations. You’ll feel completely at home here. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a detached two-family house and spans two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the apartment entrance, a guest WC, a workspace, the open living area, the kitchen, and the terrace. A staircase inside the apartment (see photos) leads to the lower level, where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Important notes: Please note that one of the bathrooms is a walk-through. Detailed floor plans for both levels are available under “Additional Photos.” Start your day with a delicious Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the amenities our modern apartment offers. The cozy terrace with a small garden invites you to relax outdoors, while the large, open living area provides a comfortable atmosphere for unwinding and socializing. The A99 motorway is easily accessible, and the Munich Trade Fair in Riem is just a 10-minute drive away. If you prefer public transport, no problem! Haar train station is nearby, and you can reach central Munich in just 20 minutes by S-Bahn, without transfers. You’ll love the relaxed atmosphere on your own terrace, complete with a dining table and chairs—perfect for sunny meals or casual outdoor gatherings. A high-quality Weber gas grill is also available for fun BBQ evenings at no extra cost. The spacious living area features a large Smart TV with a surround sound system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and sparkling water machine. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided so you can enjoy preparing delicious meals. The apartment sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: two king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. For families with small children, a high chair and a wooden baby crib with a premium mattress are also provided. You’ll also have access to two separate WCs with sinks, a small shower room, and a bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower partition. Adjacent to the living area is a dedicated workspace, complete with a desk, height-adjustable swivel chair, desk lamp, work pad, and plenty of power outlets—perfect for productive work. The entire apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience. Guest access The whole apartment is yours—make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen, towels, and all essential amenities such as shower gel and shampoo. You’ll also be welcomed with a complimentary coffee and tea set, plus a small surprise. Additional services A registration form must be completed prior to check-in.
