This delightful retreat offers two large and comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests, and two generous and luxurious shower rooms. It also boasts a pretty, fenced garden for your exclusive enjoyment. As you enter through the front door, you'll find yourself in the light and well furnished open plan sitting room, kitchen, and dining area, which creates a seamless space for spending time together. To the left, a separate ground floor bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a choice of twin beds or a super king. An en-suite walk-in shower room provides convenience and privacy. The sitting room features comfortable seating for four, inviting you to unwind and enjoy each other's company. A smart TV is available with the usual streaming options (you will need to use your own logins to access the streaming services). Adjacent to the sitting area, a dining table for four sets the scene for shared meals and memorable conversations. The equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and ice box. As you head upstairs, you'll find other light and spacious sitting room that leads to the master bedroom. The bedroom is generously proportioned with windows on both sides and plenty of storage space. A large shower room provides luxury and convenience. One of the highlights of our property is the lovely private garden and patio, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Spend time listening to the birds, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the patio or unwinding with a book as the sun sets. This enchanting outdoor space is perfect for intimate gatherings, alfresco dining, or simply enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. Funtington is a charming village with a welcoming community and a rich history. Explore the area to discover traditional country pubs, scenic walks, and beautiful landscapes. For those seeking a taste of city life, the Roman town of Chichester is just a short drive away, offering a mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions such as its cathedral, Festival Theatre and Pallant House art gallery. Just beyond Chichester is the sandy West Wittering Beach, the famous Goodwood Estate for horse & motor racing and golf, West Dean Gardens and so much more. You will have private use of to the whole cottage. We won't be around in person but, for your convenience, we have help managing our Airbnb with a local holiday property management company. The cottage is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you, which we're sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Bedding and towels are provided as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. The charming Grange Farm Shop is just a short walk away and the Co-op in Bosham is a quick drive for purchasing more if needed. Guest access The whole property is available as per the photos. The garden is secure and perfect for bringing four legged friends and there are two parking spaces in the main driveway. We live next door and while the driveway is shared you can be assured that we will respect your privacy. Other things to note Check in / Check out Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule. The cottage is next to our house. The space is completely private, but you may see us come and go in the large, shared parking area. The ground floor bedroom will be made as a twin room unless you specify at the point of booking that you would like it to be made as a superking. There is an EV charging point at the property. There is a fee to use this and please let us know beforehand if you would like to use it. Pets One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property.
