This quiet apartment with a nice terrace is conveniently located between Monaco and Italy, 1.2 km from the beach and 1.5 km from the train station. Bus stop 50 m away, shops nearby. 2 rooms, elevator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker. Secure private parking by reservation (€20/week), free street parking. No parties, respect the neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing family stay. Pets welcome ☺️ The space The 2-room accommodation includes a bedroom with a bunk bed composed as follows: 1 double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. A second bed (sofa bed) is in the main room and will be suitable for 2 people. A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a non-separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and necessary utensils. A nice quiet balcony overlooking the greenery, ideal for relaxing. A basic coffee machine will allow you to enjoy your small coffee on the terrace in the morning. Some toys/books are available for children. A secure private parking space is available by reservation with a surcharge in the residence 20e/week (strongly recommended from June to September). Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher in the accommodation, only one pod will be provided, we leave it to you to provide if necessary for your comfort. You can park during your stay for free on the street (subject to availability) and a private parking space available on request in the residence for 20 euros per week (highly recommended from June to September).
