Villa Amanda is a beautiful restored property, located in the hills near the medieval town of Pontremoli. It comfortably accommodates 13 people and consists of the main house and a small apartment in brick full of terracotta terracotta with a double bedroom and bathroom. The pool and garden (exclusive and private) offer an ideal area to enjoy summer days. The space Villa Amanda is a beautiful renovated property located in a hilly location near the medieval town of Pontremoli and located near the famous Via Francigena. In the front of Villa Amanda you will find ample free parking and a spacious garden for private use. In the back of the house there is a pool for the exclusive use of guests and a large garden equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, patio with table and chairs. Near the pool, a fantastic wooden dehor with a barbecue and a stove for kitchen use was made thanks to the presence of a refrigerator, induction plates, sink and all the necessary utensils to eat and relax in company sitting at the table. It is interesting to note that there are 2 charging stations for electric vehicles, located in a special parking lot located in the back. The ground floor has 1 annex used as a studio/double bedroom equipped with a private bathroom. Guest access The entire historic palace (18th century) is divided into three distinct macro areas (left, central area, and right). Villa Amanda emerges in the left area of the main facade of the residence. Access (green door) is followed by an ancient spiral staircase, built in the past with natural stone slabs, which leads to the two main areas: First and Second floor. Outside, near the entrance of Villa Amanda, is the brick annex in which the sixth room of the structure is located. On the second floor, there are two rooms belonging to another owner, who does not physically reside in the building and is therefore almost never present, but for which he has the right of access to the staircase and corridor. Other things to note High-speed WiFi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas. A wonderful ancient spiral staircase in natural stone allows you to access the first and third floor. There is no lift in the building.
