It has a 400 m² private park, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, relaxing and connecting with the rural environment. It is a simple, warm and very cozy house, designed for those looking for calm, contact with the countryside and an authentic experience away from the noise of the city. Guest access The house is very easy to access from the street, which is paved, so you can access it with any vehicle. It is a rural area and at the same time it has the convenience of being close to the center (7km), which for me makes it very practical to be able to see all the natural places that San Rafael has. The house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Preferably, the house works great for 4 guests. It has two air conditioners, an electric oven, a barbecue, a wood-burning stove, a fire iron, a turntable, a grill... Other things to note The house has a removable swimming pool, where you can cool off on summer days! If your stay is for many days and you need cleaning of the place, you can request it and we do it at an additional cost.
