The dual-aspect beamed living area is a cosy yet light space - perfect for relaxing in. Carefully styled with luxury, country-chic furnishings and accessories and soft Farrow & Ball paint schemes, it includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob and dishwasher. A stunning handmade oak staircase rises to the first-floor galleried bedroom in the eaves of the barn. Striking with its statement headboard, it boasts a sumptuous king-sized Loaf mattress perfect for a blissful night's sleep. The adjoining en-suite bathroom offers not only a separate walk-in shower, but also a traditional cast-iron bath tub complete with premium toiletries for soaking the day away in pure luxury. A heated rail keeps towels warm and fluffy, too! OUTDOOR SPACE Elegant French doors lead from the living area out onto the terrace - the perfect hideaway from the world when all you want to do is relax with a good book and a G&T. At Mount Pleasant Barns we offer exclusive 20% discounts on spa treatments and days and unlimited use of the leisure centre including indoor pool, sauna and gym at 50% discount for a day pass at the Naturel Spa at neighbouring Walton Hall. Please note - We love to welcome family and friends looking for a celebration and a get-together, however the barns are also a place to unwind and relax so we politely ask guests to refrain from having noisy parties and loud music past 11pm so as not to disturb other guests. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss your gathering before booking. Depending on changeover availability, we may be able to offer you an early check-in and/or a late check-out. Early check-in is 1pm (as opposed to 4pm) and a late check out of 1.00pm (as opposed to 10am). This incurs a small surcharge of £30 for each change which covers the additional costs charged to us by our housekeeping services for changes to their standard schedule.
