Catawba County Hickory, NC We are in the south (foothills of NC mountains) it’s warm in the summer & a bit humid. In the winter the temperature can be cold to moderate. Please refer to a weather site to determine the weather for your stay. In the south we have mosquitoes, flies, ants and other bugs. We use pest control to keep the interior environment bug free. Please keep doors and windows closed or bugs will come inside. Also, keep food in sealed containers. Guest access You will not be sharing any interior space with people outside of your group. The yard and grounds are shared. We take time stamped photos of the apartment before move in and after move out for quality control. Please care for our property and keep it clean inside and outside. We provide cleaning supplies for you. Please remove shoes at door to keep the apartment clean.
