It shares the laundry room, which is an adjoining room between the this house and the garage. There are locks on either end (garage unit and main house unit) to secure everyone from anyone passing thru. As such, in addition to the laundry unit, the backyard is also a shared space. Something critical to note: use the pool at your own risk. We are not liable for anything that happens in the pool. There is no guard or gate so if you have children please be advised that there is nothing protecting them from the water.
