Guest access You’ll have access to shared outdoor living space of: grass front yard, yard games (supplied), wood-burning fire pit, hammock, deck, patio furniture, propane grill, beach and water front, kayak, standup paddle board, and sand toys. A pontoon boat rental is also available for rent at $350/day. Includes gas and life jackets. No tents or campers without pre-approval as parking may be limited from time to time.
