The space The kitchen features a quartz countertop island seating 4, full-size stainless-steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator), and bright cabinetry filled with all the essentials including a tea kettle, combo Keurig and Drip Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, full sets of dishes, plates, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom features a comfortable King-Sized bed with high-quality memory foam mattress and topper, wall-mounted 55″ 4K Amazon Fire Edition TV, workstation with monitor, modern 54” ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom. The living room features a new sleeper sofa with a queen-sized memory foam mattress, wall mounted 70” 4K TV with smart Roku unit, and modern 60” ceiling fan. The spa-like bathroom includes a floating dual-sink vanity (rare in these beach villas), a walk-in shower, and access from hall or bedroom. The non-smoking condo provides free WiFi and easy access to to parking. BEACH GEAR: 2 Beach Chairs ___________________________________________ *Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom and 1 set in a plastic bag in the overhead in Primary Bedroom for Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day.
