It consists of two independent apartments: the ground floor and the first floor, with independent entrances. On the ground floor live me, my mother and my father. In the courtyard of the building there are 12 trees. It's sunny from east to west. So the first floor apartment is the one that is offered entirely for rent. The last finishing works were carried out in February 2023. It has its own solar water heater, its own independent internet, washing machine, dishwasher, two-door refrigerator, electric stove, hood and various other appliances.
