Just Around the Corner Cabin

This GLAMPING experience is tucked away in the village of Newburgh. This tiny home is approximately 180 square feet. It is 30 minutes from downtown Kingston, 15 minutes from Napanee, 40 minutes from Picton and an hour from Sandbanks. It is conveniently located across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging. The space There are narrow stairs that lead to the bedroom loft. Please make sure you use the handrail for extra safety. This is a NO SMOKING rental. If smoke is detected, there will be a cleaning charge of $300. There is a microwave, toaster, a BBQ with a side element, and a small fridge for simple meals. Guest access There is a blue work shed that is beside the bunkie. This is not accessible for guests. We live next door at the main house. We are available if needed, but respect guests privacy. Other things to note The tap water is not drinkable. I do provide water in a dispenser, but it is not cold. Please no smoking or vaping in the tiny home. If smoke is detected, there will be a cleaning charge of $300. For your pet's safety, we encourage that pets are tied off. The trail and road hosts many dog walkers. Unauthorized guests staying overnight will be subject to a fee and a lower rating on Airbnb. The bunkie fits 2 adults comfortably. The bunkie is NOT child proof. Please contact me regarding any children staying.
