Accomodation in the countryside

Independent residence in a small hamlet in Val-de-Ruz. Housing very sunny, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Combining old and new, this house is ideally located between lake and mountain, a few minutes from the city of Neuchâtel. Free parking on site. The space Wooded duplex comprising on the 2nd floor 2 partially attic bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the 1st floor, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area opens onto the living room which includes a sofa, two armchairs, a bookcase and a slatted stove. The same floor includes an open multipurpose room with a sofa bed. Each room has at least one wardrobe and/or chest of drawers allowing visitors to store their personal belongings. Outside: Terrace area with table, chairs and parasol. A playground for small children is available. This is the responsibility of the users. The owner declines all responsibility. Children are welcome in the accommodation. Equipment for small children is at your disposal (high chair, crockery, travel cot, bath, changing mat). We also have games and toys for indoors and outdoors that we are happy to lend to you if you wish. However, the accommodation is not secure for the little ones: no barrier preventing access to the upper staircase, eg. Other things to note The tourist tax, i.e. CHF 4.20/night and per adult is included in the price. It gives you access to a nominative tourist card which gives you free public transport, admission to museums and a cruise on the lake. The place is ideal for relaxation, walks in the countryside or in the forest, mountain biking, etc. For your swimming, the lake is 7 km away. and the swimming pool at 4km.
