We have two large terraces, one upstairs on the right side of the house next to the kitchen entrance and another on the left of the house next to the living room door. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to take a walk in our outdoor oasis. All your favorite outdoor activities will be within your reach. Take a dip in the pool, grill your favorite meal, or just sit quietly in the sun or by the fire. We don’t mind if you have children or pets who like to run and play, or if you enjoy music and games — we want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The pool, terraces, backyard, and main floor are for your exclusive use during your stay. The only shared areas are the driveway and parking. Other things to note I live downstairs with my family, we will only share parking and driveway. We respect your privacy and space. You will have privacy to enjoy the pool, the house, outdoor furniture, decks and back yard, exclusively for guests. There will only be two security cameras in front of the house, recording towards the entrance and in the parking lot. We wanted to let you know in case you're sensitive to the sound of gunfire. There's a shooting range 4 miles from our house, but for some strange reason, we sometimes hear the echo of the shots from here. We source our own water, please be conscious of the use of it. Please avoid excess use of water to avoid water reduction. We have Aquafeel solutions water filter system to provide quality filtered water for the entire house. There is a water dispenser cooler in the kitchen with an alkaline water filter in the sink for refilling.
