This is the private upstairs unit of our home. My family lives in the completely separate downstairs unit. You will have your own private entrance, exclusive access to the fenced backyard, seasonal inground pool, patios, and all outdoor amenities. We respect our guests' privacy. Welcome to GParadise, a quiet retreat featuring a fenced seasonal inground pool (officially open on Memorial Day. It's perfect for families, friends, wedding preparations, remote work, extended stays, romantic escapes. The space You will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs, private backyard, pool, patio, and all outdoor amenities. The downstairs level is occupied by our family and is not part of the rental. OUTDOOR LIVING Our living room extends outdoors with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time. We have two large terraces, one on the right side of the house next to the kitchen entrance and another on the left of the house next to the living room door. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to take a walk in our outdoor oasis. All your favorite outdoor activities will be within your reach. Take a dip in the pool, grill your favorite meal, or just sit quietly in the sun or by the fire. Your privacy and comfort are our priority—we welcome families, children, and pets, and encourage you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the space to the fullest within house guidelines. For transparency, there is a locked supply closet in the master bedroom and a secured door in the kitchen leading to the lower level. These are in place solely to maintain complete separation and privacy on both sides. The pool, terraces, backyard, and entire main floor are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. The only shared areas are the driveway and parking. Other things to note Please Note My family and I live in the separate downstairs unit. We only share the driveway and parking area. We respect your privacy, and all guest spaces are exclusively yours. You will have private use of the upstairs home, pool, backyard, decks, outdoor furniture, and all outdoor amenities. Please enjoy your stay! We understand that families, children, and pets can be active, and we don't mind normal vacation noise. Feel free to relax, play music, stay up late, and have fun. We only ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise at a reasonable level, especially late at night. As long as your activities don't disturb our neighbors, we want you to have a wonderful time at GParadise. Our family has four vehicles, so you may see them parked in the driveway or coming and going during your stay. For your security and ours, there are three exterior security cameras located at the front of the property. They monitor the front entrance, garage area, parking area, and driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. If you're sensitive to loud noises, please note that there is a shooting range about 4 miles away. Depending on the weather and wind conditions, you may occasionally hear distant echoes of gunfire. Our home is supplied by a private well. We have plenty of water for normal daily use, but we ask guests to be mindful and avoid excessive water usage so everyone can enjoy a consistent water supply throughout their stay. The home is equipped with an Aqua Solutions whole-house water filtration system, and the kitchen features an alkaline drinking water filter. A water dispenser is also available for your convenience.
