PARKING A mini, private driveway leads you to the main house and studio. You have plenty of room to park – please don’t block the driveway to left for other guests. Live just a short walk (2 blocks) to bus line 89, takes you straight to the College Park Marta Station (in 12 minutes!!) or you can take an Uber to the College Park Marta Train Station and explore Atlanta that way too! Guest access Guests are able to access the entire apartment and are free to use the back yard. The outdoor space and washer/dryer are available for you to use but keep in mind that the space is shared with guests who may be occupying the adjoining main house. Other things to note There is a house located next door. It has its own separate entrance and there will likely be guests who are staying there. The backyard area and washer/dryer are shared but access to the apartment is yours alone. Feel free to park in the driveway but please be careful not to block anyone in. Smoking is not permitted in the house but is ok anywhere outside. Other things to note You can relax in style and be able to get to most major attractions with ease - Atlanta Airport, Downtown Attractions, Georgia International Convention Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola, etc. I’m always available to answer any questions with a fast response.
