Self - Catering Loft Cottage #1

Keep it simple at this centrally-located loft cottage in a small complex with private outside patio. All you need for a budget stay with solar power backup. Centrally located in Linden, less than 1km a 10 min walk from trendy restaurants, coffee shops and nearby supermarket. The loft-cottage is self catering with a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, kettle & essential crockery. Comfy bed with cotton linen. NO TV. Wi-fi is available and safe parking for one car. The space The space is situated in a complex comprising of 8 self-catering units. The complex has lovely gardens & trees and good security (automated gate, electric fence & armed response) One doggie resides on the property his name is Henry. The dog is however under supervision and does not run around freely, (sometimes Henry goes for a walk) he is a small breed Pekinese and has a sweet & friendly nature. Guest access There are two gates. Please use the gate closest to the stop street neat the cnr of Tana Rd. You will receive a remote to open and close the gate. The gate will also close automatically for your safety. There is no stop sensor on the gate please enter and exit purposely. Other things to note Please note that we are completely off-grid and rely solely on solar power. This means we are unable to support the use of electrical heaters, as they place a heavy load on our battery system—especially during the night—potentially leaving the entire property without power. To keep you cozy, we are happy to provide: A gas heater (on request) Electric blankets to warm your bed before sleep
