Bedrooms abd Bathrooms The apartment sleeps six across three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own closet and room-darkening shades. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and direct balcony access. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and share access to the balcony, where Caribbean air and natural light pour in. Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks. Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area The open-plan living area flows from a sectional sofa and Smart TV through to a full dining table and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. Sliding doors open the whole space to the private balcony—great for morning coffee or an evening breeze after a day at the beach. Outdoor Amenities The rooftop is where you'll spend your afternoons: a pool with ocean views, sun loungers, and an on-site bar and restaurant. It's the kind of place where you lose track of time between swims and sunset. Good To Know Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote work easy. There's free parking on-site, and the building has an elevator and private entrance with lockbox check-in. A blender, coffee maker, and wine glasses are all here. The apartment provides bottled drinking water, and there's a washer available so you can pack light. The beach club next door brings energy—and occasional late-night music—but inside, the air conditioning and your balcony keep things comfortable. Guest access You will have full and exclusive access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all the amenities within the complex. Other things to note Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit. The building has a rooftop bar, so some noise may be heard due to the lively atmosphere. Hanging clothes or towels from the balcony is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in fines ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 MXN. Please note that these fines may be applied even if you are not present at the time the report is made. Daily housekeeping service is not available; however, if you would like a cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon confirming the reservation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the platform used to make the reservation. This charge is processed as a credit card transaction and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Security cameras located outside the property are used strictly for guest safety. House Rules: - Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. - Smoking tobacco or cannabis inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of recreational drugs on the premises. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. - Parties, events, or illegal activities are not allowed. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm, out of respect for neighbors. - The number of guests may not exceed the number indicated in the reservation. - Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages caused during their stay or additional cleaning if necessary. - Guests must present a valid ID on the day of check-in and may be asked to show it during their stay if identity verification is required. - Pets are not allowed. - Please respect the condominium pool hours and usage rules. Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur.
