Pokoj Monstera 1 - Classic

We renovated the apartment in the spring of 2023. Located on the 1st floor on the furniture grounds in the close neighborhood of the forest. Roosters and dogs may be heard in the mornings, but it is quiet during quiet hours. Sometimes you can hear the 3km distant railroad.. Parking is free and fenced. There is a renovation of the hallways and stairs. Each apartment has its own bathroom and tea / coffee corner. The beds are orthopedic. An extra bed or a crib or mattress on the ground is available upon request. BBQ and outdoor seating are shared. The space The 1956 property is undergoing renovation, but work isn't happening while guests are staying. Because we prepare two more apartments and a patio, there is no carpet in the hallway and there is a cleaning zone in front of the apartment. We still have to replace the floor coverings in the hallways and stairs, replace the windows and doors on the staircase. We live on the ground floor of the property, so we're available practically anytime. There is parking right on the premises. There's a forest in the neighborhood, but there's a pack of husky, standing goats, and a flock of chickens, you can hear the neighborhood and cockatoo parrots.. Guest access From the parking lot, there's a path past the outdoor seating to the door. You'll then walk up the stairs to the first floor and through the door to the right into the hallway, at the end of which there is a washing machine. The apartment is available on the right. The windows are facing the south side. Other things to note We have water from our own well and is harder with elevated iron. We sort the waste, the garbage cans are at the entrance.
