We renovated the apartment in the spring of 2023. It is located on the 1st floor in a furniture complex in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Roosters and dogs can be heard in the morning, but it is quiet during the night. Sometimes you can hear the railway 3km away. Parking is free and fenced. The corridors and staircases are being renovated. Each apartment has its own bathroom and tea/coffee corner. The beds are orthopedic. An extra bed or cot or mattress on the floor is available on request. Shared is a barbecue and outdoor seating. The space The 1956 building is undergoing renovation, but at the time the guests are accommodated, the work is not taking place. Because we are preparing two more apartments and a terrace, there is no carpet in the hallway and there is a cleaning zone in front of the apartment. We still have to replace the flooring in the hallways and staircases, and replace the windows and doors on the staircase. We live on the ground floor of the building, so we are available to you practically at any time. Parking is available on-site. There is a forest in the neighborhood, but also a pack of huskies, a herd of goats and a flock of chickens, you can also hear cockatoo parrots from the neighborhood. Guest access From the parking lot, the path leads around the outdoor seating area to the door. Then go up the stairs to the first floor and through the door to the right into the hallway, at the end of which there is a washing machine. The apartment is available on the right. The windows face south. Other things to note We have water from our own well and it is harder with increased iron content. We sort the waste, the bins are at the entrance.
