Welcome to your "Home Away from Home" at the Augusta Bungalow! This unique fully furnished bungalow style house, built in 1918, has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a smart TV that allows you to sign into your personal streaming services. It’s located right off the highway and within 2 blocks of an amazing city playground, plus it's not far from Santa Fe Lake that has a lot of family friendly amenities. The entire house is available to serve the needs of our guests. Only one set of nice neighbors on the north side of the house. Plenty of parking in front of the house on the left side of the road, on the south side of the house in the yard or down behind the house. We love company! Feel free to call/message Nyccole with any question or concern anytime. Conveniently located right off HWY 54 near many stores and restaurants. It's also just 2 blocks from the Augusta Frisco Plaza with an amazing playground for kids and the kid at heart! Cliff Drive starts out as a two-way road because of the traffic from a bank across the street but then starting at the Bungalow's front porch it becomes a one way road so you can park right in front of the house on the left side of the road! There is also a partial gravel driveway (covered in grass) just south of the front of the house so you can park in the grass near the house. If even more parking is needed there is also a vacant area behind the house. However, please walk around the trees to get to the house because the rocks are too steep to climb up the hill safely. Uber is limited in this area, so plan accordingly. Renting a car is the best option if you're coming to stay for a while. -
