Suite 37A is a large, bright, fully renovated two-room apartment, designed to offer every comfort to those who stay there. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the city center, the main railway stations, the Careggi, Meyer and CTO hospitals, airport and highway. The neighborhood is full of shops and services, but without the chaos of the nearby historic center. The host speaks Italian, English, French, and a little Spanish. Max 4 people, including infants. No smoking. The space If you want to live in a real Florentine house, Suite 37A is the right choice! The accommodation is a totally independent portion of a modern Florentine house, recently renovated and equipped with private access with its own armored door. The entrance, the 2 rooms and the bathroom (no kitchen) that make up the Suite are spaces for the exclusive use of guests, who do not have any part of the house shared with the host. The rooms are spacious and bright and designed to accommodate travelers (with or without children), those who accompany family members to nearby hospitals (Careggi, Meyer, CTO) and those who travel for work and need to work remotely, with a particular focus on cleanliness, tranquility and comfort. Bed and sofa bed have new pillows, mattresses and toppers to ensure a comfortable rest. The new fixtures equipped with double glazing guarantee excellent insulation from traffic noise, and the absence of shared spaces guarantees the privacy of guests and hosts. The city center is just 3 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by tram, on foot or by car. In the house you will find air conditioning and heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. Smoking is not allowed in any space of the house and the building. The Suite can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people (including any infants and children) and is equipped with furniture in which to store clothing and personal belongings. The bathroom is very spacious and is equipped with a locker where you can store your items and necessities, and there you will find everything you need for cleaning and first aid. In the house there are no stoves or oven (for safety and hygiene reasons), but you will find everything you need to heat meals with the microwave with suitable containers, as well as a toaster, coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator with small freezer, sink, glasses, cutlery, dishes, etc. For security reasons, it is not allowed to organize any of the "services" or "experiences" offered to guests on Airbnb in the Suite or in the building. Unfortunately, the Suite is not suitable for pets, which are therefore not allowed. There is wifi in the house, but no television by choice. Below the house you will find all the services: bars, pastry shops and bakeries for breakfast, restaurants and pizzerias, convenience stores and supermarkets, daily market, bank, post office, hairdressers, boutiques, shops of all kinds, tram and bus! Getting to the city center is very simple and convenient, as well as any other destination in the city and outside. If you have special needs, don't hesitate to ask the host, who is at your disposal to try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, being in turn a sociable and welcoming person and a demanding traveler. Guest access Suite 37A is located on the 4th floor with an elevator of a 6-story residential building and is accessed by a separate entrance with a security door. The accommodation consists of an entrance equipped for breakfast and for heating meals, an office space with a table, chairs and lamp, a large living room with a French sofa bed (140x190cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a spacious bathroom with shower. No kitchen and no shared spaces. No space in the Suite will be shared with hosts or strangers, so guest privacy is 100% guaranteed. Inside the Suite there are no stairs or differences in height, but from the sidewalk to the elevator of the building there are 2+5 steps. You can park your car in the Careggi parking lot (Viale Pieraccini, in front of the Emergency Room entrance, rate €4/day), in the immediate vicinity of the Suite. Other things to note In Suite 37a you will feel at home in Florence, in a quiet and very well-served residential setting, a few minutes from the city center, but away from the chaos! Before booking, I kindly ask you to read carefully the description of the house and the simple rules to follow, designed to guarantee guests and those who host you a friendly and relaxing stay. If you have any special needs or requests, talk to your host right away, who will try to accommodate them. Here's some additional information: For stays longer than 6 days, an additional fee for final cleaning may be applied, at the discretion of the host, starting from €60 up to €300. In winter, the heating (centralised) in the apartment is turned on at certain times of the day and up to the temperature allowed by the rules of the Municipality of Florence. The air conditioning, the latest generation and set on the minimum temperature ideal for maximum comfort, must be turned off with the windows open and when you leave the house, to avoid wasting energy and faults. To access the Suite, it is essential to provide the identity documents of all guests, including minors, to allow the host to mandatory registration with the Police Headquarters and the statistics office, no unregistered strangers are allowed. You are strongly encouraged to respect the directions and rules of the house, especially regarding the prohibition of smoking and check-in and check-out times, to avoid creating problems and inconveniences for the host and subsequent guests: in case of non-compliance, the host will be forced to claim compensation for damages. In case of loss of the house keys, the total cost of the lock change, including the intervention of the locksmith, will be due. For safety reasons, any of the "amenities" or "experiences" proposed for guests on Airbnb are not allowed in the home and in the building. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, full of shops and supermarkets and offers all the essential services (public transport, restaurants, banks, post office, gyms, cinemas, bars, tobacconists, ice cream shops, copy shops, markets, perfumeries, hairdressers, etc.). The historic center of the city (Santa Maria Novella and/or San Marco) can be easily reached in 15/20 minutes by tram, which serves from the early hours of the morning until 1:30 am (about) in both directions. For those arriving by car, the paid daily parking of Careggi is very convenient, a short distance from the suite (4€/day). The location of the Suite is also great to reach the Careggi polyclinic, the CTO, the Meyer Children's Hospital, the Morgagni University Educational Center, the Novoli University Center, the Sesto Fiorentino scientific center, the courts and the Rifredi train station. In a few minutes you can reach the Cascine Park, the Medici Villas of Petraia, Careggi and Castello, the motorway toll booth, Vespucci airport, and Scuola Marescialli and Brigadieri.
