Underground parking and elevator access make this unit a breeze to bring up luggage or groceries. The updated decor makes this condo a true retreat. Access to restaurants and shopping is just steps from the front door. In the shadows of the St. Regis and next door to Dancing Bear, this condo is positioned in one of the most desirable downtown locations. One of the few units in town that are air-conditioned, our guests will enjoy cool temps, updated amenities, and wonderful views. We also have one of the few parking garages in Aspen. Parking is limited to one car per unit. (Although this unit is on the first floor, there is elevator access from the parking garage, and the first floor is above the lobby. You must take the stairs or elevator to access the unit.) Guests will have access to 3 full-sized washers and dryers in our secure first-floor common area. This is less than 1 minute from our front door. Access via stairs or elevator. There is also underground parking which makes winter parking much easier. Rubey Park Transportation Center is only two blocks away. I am very responsive to email and text. I do not live full-time in Aspen, but I do have a housekeeper and building manager on premises. The neighborhood is called Shadow Mountain and is clearly identified by Lift One and The St. Regis Hotel. (look under photos and see the map) Walk to absolutely everything. The gondola is a 4-minute walk, and the Rubey Park Bus Station is even closer. Great restaurants are a stone's throw away. You can easily get to our condo from the airport (for free) on the bus. All mountains are accessible via the free bus. We are about 3 minutes by foot to the central transport area at Rubey Park. We also provide secured underground parking in our building. Parking is at a premium in Aspen, which is a huge benefit to our building. Once you park your car, it's best to do everything else on foot. Everything is an easy walk away. Your final offer will include each night's rate + 21.3% Aspen occupancy tax + $140 check-out clean. There is a $10 fee per person for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th guests per night...only because our housekeeping fee is increased with more people. (more laundry, more beds to clean, etc.) If you plan to stay longer than one week, then additional housekeeping will be required. We require at least one housekeeping visit per week to keep our home clean and tidy. The condo can accommodate six guests; however, for optimal comfort, suggest a max of 4 adults.
