Apartment with balcony and garden

There are 1.5 rooms of a 2.5-room apartment, i.e. kitchen-living room, shower room and a bedroom/living room with a double bed (140 x 200) and a workplace - plus balcony and large communal garden. On the balcony there is a bed to chill in the afternoon in the sun or sleep at night under the stars ☀️✨ The apartment is located in a quiet area, but still super central. The A40 and A42 can be reached in a few minutes by car.
