Rodwell Retreat Glamping Tent

Less than an hour’s drive from Adelaide, Rodwell Retreat is the perfect place to unwind and relax amongst the sounds of nature and starry night skies. Escape from the city and experience nature in comfort by staying the night in a cozy glamping tent. The retreat is fitted out with a queen-sized bed, shower, toilet and kitchen with tea and coffee facilities provided. During the winter months, campfire and firewood are provided. Please note that it is a FIRE BAN 1 Nov-1st May. The space Experience a night under the stars, surrounded by neighbouring farmland. The peaceful and leafy bushland campsite is nestled next to a creek. Located at the back of our property, you can relax and unwind in nature, enjoy a range of games including pick-up sticks and various board games. You are only a 10 minutes drive from some of the best wineries that SA has to offer around Langhorne Creek and you will also be close to markets, restaurants and cafes located in the beautiful township of Strathalbyn. Your private outdoor cooking area includes a bench with a sink, fridge, gas stove and dining area. The campsite also includes a clearing with outdoor seating. Outside of fire danger season, a camp fire area is set up. Your outdoor shower provides warm water. Your own private composting toilet is also located on site. Some mobile carriers may not be reliable from the site. Power to charge your phone and other devices is provided from solar power.
