The space Built in the 1880’s, this beautiful historical Victorian home is well-appointed and ready to impress with it's clean decor, beautiful finishes, and modern amenities. This is a private home with full use of the entire property which includes: Bedroom 1 - queen bed Bedroom 2 - two full beds Living room - one day bed Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and blow dryers Kitchen fully stocked Formal dining room - seating for 4 Family room with fireplace and Amazon Fire TV (can sleep 2 guests on each part of sectional sofa) Back patio with propane firepit, couch, and 2 extra chairs Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of all the stores, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops that Cambria has to offer. Whether you're looking for a relaxing stay or planning to explore the central coast, our cottage is your ideal base. Enjoy the historic charm of the town while relishing the peace and quiet of your private retreat. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker for your morning brew, a TV for entertainment, and reliable WIFI to stay connected. Step outside to our outdoor oasis, complete with a cozy fire pit and a barbecue, perfect for creating treasured memories with your loved ones. Our commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort is second to none. Soft, inviting linens and a comfortable bed will ensure a restful night's sleep. We've thoughtfully designed every detail to make your stay inviting and comfortable. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire home, front and back patio. There are 2 designated parking spaces behind the home with a "tenant parking only" sign. Street parking is also available; host is not responsible for penalties or fees as a result of guest parking on street. No mail delivery. Other things to note Prior to confirming your reservation, we kindly ask for your agreement to adhere to these guidelines. Please be respectful of our neighbors. In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have a strict no-party policy and request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 9 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we do not permit smoking; please note that any violation of our smoking policy will result in a $1000 penalty. Early check-in is subject to availability. Please inquire at least 24 hours before of your arrival. We charge for early check-in depending on your preferred time of arrival.
