The villa is all equipped with all the comforts and has a spacious and fully fenced backyard. The large dining table forms the heart of the house and invites you to long, cozy evenings dining with family and friends. The spacious, corner open kitchen completes this and is of course equipped with modern built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and a spacious refrigerator. In the adjacent utility room are the washing machine, dryer and freezer. At the rear of the villa, the French doors open to a spacious, sunny garden. It is completely fenced and therefore ideal for dogs and children. In the garden, there is also a practical shed for storing bicycles.
