Private space in a rural setting

It's a little bit country but close to the city. This is a private studio attached to my house. Solitude on the backyard patio. You have your own private entrance with access to a shared laundry and storeroom. This large room includes a newly constructed beautifully calming bathroom, a queen size bed, and a sectional couch. There is also a small kitchenette area. The space My house is on a quiet road and sits on a 1/4 acre lot. Guest access You can access the laundry room through your interior door.
