Located in the Whitsundays, Duende is a secluded nest from the busy Airlie Beach area. It will surprise you with a simple but comfortable accommodation blending with a unique cultural art experience. The art studio on the property features a wide range of visual arts displays: Sculpture Fine Art Photography Painting The space Our 2 eco retreat pods are 2 meters above ground, for you to fully enjoy the magnificent Whitsundays view of Repulse Bay. Each pod is 30 square meters with a deck. The pods offer minimalist but comfortable accommodations with a king-size bed facing floor-to-ceiling windows for a full view of the ocean and are both equipped with air conditioning. Each pod is carefully built to offer you a serene visit, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking Elevated views. Only 2 pods are on the property to ensure the exclusivity and intimacy of your holidays. Both pods have private facilities space with a shower, amenities, and bar/kitchen corner. The deck is open to both pods. It is the only common ground but it has a screen separation. We emphasize offering quiet seclusion. Unfortunately, Duende doesn’t cater to family, children, or pets at this stage. Free Wi-Fi to make sure you keep in touch All linen and sheets The shower is outdoor but covered and can close. The toilet is a separate room. The kitchen is open on the deck. Mini fridge, Microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle. Laundry is offered for a small extra fee. PS: As previously mentioned the deck is shared between the 2 units. A strong opaque outside blind is used to separate the areas. However, note that in case of strong winds, we will have to raise the separation between the two suites. If you require to rent the entire place please let us know.
