The building is brand new and located at one of the most central locations in the city. You can take the ferry directly to the historical city centre Sultanahmet or hang out in the neighbourhood, Kadıköy, which is one of the most colorful and popular areas in Istanbul. Since this is a brand new building it is fully earthquake proof, complying with all the up to date requirements. Other things to note Due to the new law coming into action at the 1st of February, it is mandatory for us to sign a non-cancellable lease contract agreement with you upon your arrival.
