You will share the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, terrace and garden) with my 16-year-old son and me. The space Your room is next to the kitchen. The door separating the two rooms does not have a lock. One of the stairs that goes up to the upper floors starts from your room. There's no door at the foot of this staircase, just a screen. My son and I can access the floors without going through your room, so no one will enter except you. To access the bathroom and toilet, you will need to go through the kitchen and living room. In addition, as it is an old house, the soundproofing is not total between the spaces. So you can hear the sound of a chair or dishes. That said, we like peace and quiet and therefore act accordingly. This room also has a single bed if you want to come with 3 people. The last point to note is the staircase that leads to the bathroom. It does not have a railing and can be dangerous if you do not use it carefully.
