Large common roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea. Free Wi-Fi. The space Apartment located on the third and top floor of a building equipped with a lift. Upon entering you will immediately find a bright living area with a comfortable table with four chairs, a sofa bed for one person, accompanied by a TV for your entertainment and a well equipped kitchen for your convenience. You will find a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob and an array of kitchen utensils including pots and pans and crockery. The bedroom has two single beds which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed or kept separate as two single beds. There is also a desk. A strong point of the apartment is the balcony, spacious and equipped with an external table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or sipping a coffee while admiring the surroundings and the sea. The balcony runs the length of the house and can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living area. Going up to the roof you will have access to the large shared terrace, shared with the other guests or tenants of the building. Finally you will find the bathroom complete with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. You can hang out your laundry on the balcony. There is air conditioning. For the winter months there is central heating, therefore times and periods of switching on and off will be managed directly by the condominium according to the rules of the building and following the directives of the Municipality of Lavagna. There is free Wi-Fi connection. The apartment has a private parking behind the house marked with the number 22. Pets are not allowed. For waste you will find bins for separate collection near the parking lot. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared areas. The rooftop terrace, located outside the apartment, is shared with other guests or tenants in the building. The building entrance and parking area are also shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other traffic. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. The private parking has a maximum width of 2 METERS, therefore we will not be able to accommodate vehicles of greater width. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tax of 1 Euro per night per person (for guests aged 14 and over) which will be collected separately 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm).
