Kitchenette /not full kitchen, no oven (microwave, portable single gas cooker, fridge & freezer, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, pots and pans). Sharing with us : entrance, washing machine, swimming pool & bbq in summer 5 mins walk to bus stop, playground, dairy, local restaurant and park. Off street parking The space Quiet area. Big unit downstairs with outdoor area. We live upstairs we don’t use downstairs, outdoor area often (except pool in summer time). Room downstairs shared entrance. No smoking inside. Quite time 9pm No party. Visitor/s not allowed to stay. Guest access Shared laundry (no dryer). Shared pool. Other things to note We have a cat 🐈‍⬛ available car for rent
