There’s a full bathroom with fluffy towels and plenty of room for both guests. This room has a queen bed and a loveseat, with additional table seating. The space Pine Grove Carriage House is above the garage of a two story house with a private entrance and dedicated parking. The house is a separate rental unit. Located in the trees of a quiet neighborhood street, your space is unique and feels like a private retreat. Lots of natural light fill the space. Quiet mornings with coffee can give way to a walk on the greenway in front of the house, stretching all the way to the lake and connecting to the ski resort. There’s room to read, work at a desk, or make a meal before exploring the area. A walk-in closet will tuck your suitcase and clothes out of sight. The two-room bath allows plenty of space for a couple to get ready. Guest access You have carte blanche use of the space, and will enter through a private door off the garage on the first floor. The coded lock allows you to check-in on your own time, and you can even use the garage space for storage of bikes or coolers, beach or ski equipment. Other things to note The connection to the lush green neighborhood cannot be overstated. You’ll feel a part of the local scene with quick access to the greenway, local park walking trails, mountain biking single tracks, the beach, and everyone’s favorite sunset walks at the lake. While the garage is not available for vehicles, you may store things like bikes, skis, coolers, and beach toys. Guests tell us they love how much wildlife they see in the neighborhood.
