Welcome to Pops, this four bedroom home is located in Milford, DE. Right across the road from the DE Turf! We’re 39 minutes (30 miles) to Rehoboth Beach, DE Turf is 2 minutes (.08 miles) and Dover, DE is 17 minutes (14 miles). The home has plenty of parking and room for a family to enjoy their time away from home! The space Enjoy two cozy areas for watching TV—one in the inviting living room and another in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower (no tub) and a toilet accessible from the hallway, while a half bath is conveniently located off the main bedroom. Step outside to discover a spacious backyard, perfect for relaxation and play. Guests are welcome to use this area, but please exercise caution around sticks, holes, and other natural elements. Please note that there are two sheds in the backyard that are off-limits. A lovely screened-in porch at the back of the house provides the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon snack. For your peace of mind, please be aware that security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. If you wish to request a late check-out beyond the standard 11 AM time, a fee of $50 will apply. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture, including beds and couches. Excessive pet hair on furniture or linens may incur an additional cleaning fee. To enter and exit the property, please use the first driveway, marked by brick lights at the end. The second exit is currently blocked with traffic cones due to uneven asphalt. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except for the garage, basement, attic, mechanical closets or sheds in the back yard. We ask that you respect these off limits and do not attempt to gain entry into these areas. There will be no large gathering or parties allowed. Only guest who are on the reservation are allowed on the property. Other things to note Parking There is off street parking in the driveway. Entry to the Home We have a key pad lock on the door by the garage ( it’s the smart code on the door to the right) and you will receive the new code prior to arriving. Simply punch in your code then you will hear the door unlocking. When leaving please pull the door towards yourself and push the lock button for two seconds. The dead bolt will engage and the door will be locked. Please double check that the door is locked by trying to open the door. Quiet Hours Surrounding houses are homes to working families and we ask that you please respect them by following the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Restaurants We recommend our favorites! Frederica Pizza House (pasta & pizza), JP Wharf (seafood), Arena’s (deli sandwiches) or La hacienda ( Mexican ). Check Ins are at 3 pm and I will send you a code to the door by the garage. ( the door facing the driveway) Check Outs are at 11 am, Please leave the linens and towels in the laundry baskets. ( one should be in each room) Please remove all belongings and food from the property before leaving. Please take off the linens off the beds and leave in laundry baskets. Please note there will be a $100 charge for peeing in the beds, dogs using the bathroom inside and for vomit clean up. If this occurs please let me know so i can bring the appropriate supplies for the cleaners and equipment to clean the mess. Please place the soil linens in a clean trash bag and leave outside on the back porch. Please remove make up before using the linens, make up stains the linens. If the stain does not come out there will be a replacement fee. If you have an electrical vehicle that requires charging please inform me of this before attempting to charge. The house does not have a charging stations for electric car charging. Please do not flush anything that’s human waste down the toilets etc female products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, disinfect wipes or hair down the toilets. Pets must be on a leash at all time when outside. Please do not leave pets unattended when outside and do not sure patio furtive to build walls/gates. Please note we do have security cameras located on the Outside of the property and in the basement. The basement is off limits to guests, along with the garage, utilities closet and the shed in the yard. Please do not enter these spaces. Please be respectful of the home, property and neighbors. There are absolutely no parties or unapproved people allowed on the property without written notice/approval from the host. The max amount of people is 10 people. If there’s more than the allowed amount per your air BNb reservation there will be an extra per person and swift removal of the unapproved person. You’re welcome to use the back porch but please keep in mind it’s a screened porch that will be at mother nature’s mercy, we do our best to to keep the area wiped down but the area is outside so it maybe need an extra wipe down if you would like to use it. The home comes with starter paper products: toilet paper, paper towels etc. If you and/or your guests require more or prefer to take products outside the home please bring your own products. We do not provide shampoo, body soap or conditioner, there will be hand soap but you must bring your own shower supplies. The home may have shower supplies that you are open to use. Please do not mail packages or mail to the home. The lawn guy comes to cut the grass Monday -Thursday depending on weather his days may change. Please keep the yard free from all personal belongings. Example pet leashes, pet toys, lawn games, shoes and anything other items that may interfere with the mowing of the yard.
