The house, with a garden and terrace, offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (with a large refrigerator/freezer combination, steam oven, and BORA cooktop). Adjacent to this is a beautiful, open-plan dining area and living room. A large 50-inch TV (connected via WaipuTV) and a modern couch invite you to linger. Also located on the ground floor are a guest toilet, a cloakroom, and a storage room. On the first floor are our cozy themed bedrooms, "Ocean" and "Birch Forest" (with WaipuTV). Adjacent to the large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower is a small room with a washer and dryer. Both very bright bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The attic also houses two additional bedrooms and a home office area with a desk and office chair. These rooms are, of course, also air-conditioned.
