The parking on E Broadway, where the property is located, is somewhat restricted M-F. One side is restricted in the morning, and the other side is restricted in the afternoon. For groups with more than 2 vehicles, we ask that you be prepared to park additional vehicles one to two blocks away depending on availability nearby. The city of Louisville has an ordinance prohibiting more than 12 adults occupying a STR unit at one time. Children under 18 are excluded from this rule.
