Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our luxurious, brand new 2 man hut has a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen. The king-sized bed has 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding and a very high quality mattress. You’ll find a breakfast welcome basket and a private wood fired hot tub on your doorstep. We are minutes from Holt and some of the best beaches on the planet. *ENQUIRE ABOUT AVAILABILITY FOR SISTER HUTS Magwitch, Biddy and Estella, to accommodate friends. The space Sleeps 2 and add our pre-pitched bell tent to accommodate children. Enjoy the use of our entire 1 acre site with views over the surrounding Glaven Valley and AONB. Book our accompanying pre-erected bell tent (£30 per head/night) to accommodate 2 children. There is also an outside seating area with a fire pit with views of rolling woodland and farmland across the Glaven Valley Conservation area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal wood fired hot tub fire pit by your door. We are proud to be a dog-friendly property and would be happy to accommodate your small and well behaved pet providing they stay off our lovely white sheets! You will find a complimentary welcome hamper on your arrival with full breakfast provisions, enough for x 2 people for at least the first night as well as snacks for your arrival. Guest access Parking There is a gravel parking bed to the right of the site entrance gate. Please leave your car here and make your way to Wemmick, the black hut nearest to the gate. Other things to note Whilst there is no wifi directly to the hut as yet, there is excellent 4G available. You are also very welcome to use our house Wifi if you want to download a movie on your laptop. We have 3 further well spaced huts. Whilst this will still allow plenty of space, please respect their space. Linen All our linen is 400 thread count pure Egyptian cotton which is professionally laundered every visit. During the summer months, we’ve had a huge problem with guests with fake tan, staining the sheets. This substance does not wash out and we’ve needed to replace sets at huge expense. Until now we have absorbed this cost but unfortunately, from now on, guests causing such or similar extensive staining of linen with be required to cover the cost of replacement. Dog Poo Well behaved Dogs are welcome off lead in the paddock subject to agreement with fellow dog owner guests. However, we ask you to be particularly vigilant regarding picking up poo. There’s nothing worse than picking up someone else’s dog poo besides treading in it! For health and safety reason n alone please pick it up.
