Equipped with a spa bathtub, this apartment is perfect for a couples' getaway! One-bedroom, 45 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the annex of a typical Authie Bay property. Just a 30-minute walk from the Authie Bay and its scenic trails, 300 metres from the EuroVelo4 cycling route, 10 minutes by car from Berck. 3 golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Places to see: the seals of Berck, the Baie de Somme, Marquenterre Park, Valloires Abbey... Please note: this is not a Love Room. The space The gîte is located in the northeast corner of the annex, which contains two gîtes. It has its own private entrance, just a few metres from the shared parking area. 🚭 This is a non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation (indoors). 🐾 Pets are not allowed. ☝️ This is not a Love Room. Fully on one level, the gîte includes: - a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso-style coffee machine, washer-dryer combo) and a lounge corner (sofa, 50-inch HD TV with Molotov channels), and blackout curtains on both the door and the window, - a bedroom with a queen-size bed, view of the northern meadow, chest of drawers, and wooden shutters, - a bathroom with a shower and a two-person spa bathtub*, - a separate toilet, and a hallway with a drying area and cleaning supplies corner. *In order to preserve natural resources, the hot water tank is sized for one spa bath fill per day. The spa bathtub is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the gîte — external visitors are not allowed. Outside, while the plants are still growing, you’ll have access to a tiny private terrace enclosed by wooden screens, with outdoor furniture for two. Free parking is shared with the other guests. A shared garden shed is available to store your bicycles. The neighbouring gîte usually hosts families, and another family accommodation is located on the upper floor of the main house. While we do our best to welcome quiet and considerate guests, please note that some occasional noise may occur — especially when children are playing in the shared outdoor area or spending time on their terrace. We kindly thank you for your understanding and patience in case of these small moments of family life. Guest access You (and only you) have full access to your gîte, the tiny terrace, the shared open parking area, the shared garden shed, and the shared meadow. We kindly ask that you move discreetly through the rest of the property to respect the privacy of others. Other things to note The studio is adjacent to another gîte, but the entrances are independent and located on different sides of the building. A printed welcome booklet and house rules will be available upon arrival. A summary of the house rules is also accessible on Airbnb after your booking is confirmed. Bed linen is included in the price, but towels are not provided. Out of respect for guests’ varying sensitivities, we do not provide mosquito repellents in the gîte. Feel free to bring whatever suits you best — spray, plug-in diffuser, essential oils, bracelets… Just one rule: no citronella candles indoors, please!
