Newly renovated granny apartment at the foot of the Maustal vineyard. Vineyards for long walks as well as a children's playground are directly adjacent. The picturesque historic old town with restaurants is a few minutes' walk away, as is the popular Mainlände with a swimming spot. The space The fully equipped Maustal Studio has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower and two rooms. In the small but fine bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 1.40 m) and in the separate living room there is a sofa bed (2 x 1.40 m). In total, a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. A children's travel bed and highchair can be provided upon request. Guest access The complete lockable apartment including terrace is available to our guests. Access and apartment are not barrier-free. Climbing stairs from the main entrance to the basement is required. Other things to note We ask for your understanding that for health reasons, among other things, we cannot accept guests with pets or assistance animals such as dogs and cats. Since we as landlords live in the building ourselves, we are usually directly accessible and happy to help with any questions.
