It is located on Rice Lake, which is very popular for its fishing & hunting activities. The cottage also has its own picnic area, propane BBQ grill, and fire pit. Guests will also have access to enjoy an inground pool, kayak, SUP, paddleboat, playground, and over 310 feet of shoreline. NO CLEANING FEE. The price is for 4 people, additional occupancy is $35/person/night or $130/week, and cannot exceed the maximum of 6 people. One pet is allowed with a $40/pet/stay extra cleaning charge. Please supervise your pet at all times. Other things to note Many nearby attractions like treetop adventure, lavender farm, beach, historic house, etc. We provide pillows and blankets. You would need to bring sheets, towels, and a blanket cover. Since COVID, a culture of packing bedding has been observed and this will also help us not charge cleaning fees as well as not raise our rate for 4th year straight under our new management.
