Description

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to the Gower beaches, Brecon Beacons, Cardiff and Swansea city centres it is great for a beach , walking or touring holiday. For the more energetic guests the property has a fully equipped gym with TV and bluetooth audio. The space Serene semi-detached 3 bedroom property located in the village of Bryncoch just outside Neath with stunning views over Drumau mountain from its two spacious deck areas. The space; Inside; The house has an open plan ground floor dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. There aer bi-folding doors opening onto a large 2 tier deck area which looks out over Drumau mountain. There is a Bluetooth speaker fitted into the ceiling of the dining area offering convenient access to your favourite entertainment. There is a 3-seater recliner sofa in the rear living area, ideal for relaxing after a hard days exploring with a large 50" non smart TV positioned within a modern media wall. The media wall is fitted with LED lighting and a remotely controlled lit electric fire and fireplace. The lounge at the front of the property has a more traditional feel with both 3-seater and 2-seater reclining sofas and a 50” smart TV. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the property. The rear bedroom has a king size bed and bi-fold doors offering stunning views over the local landscape. There are cupboards and drawers here for clothing. The second bedroom is located at the front of the property and has a double bed as well as cupboards and drawers for clothing. The third bedroom is also located at the front and has a single bed with a chest of drawers. This room being ideal for a child or early teen. The first floor main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. There is also a convenient ground floor cloakroom toilet located under the stairs. Outside; The property has front and rear lawned gardens with a south west facing upper deck which has level access directly from the dining area via bifold doors. There is also a lower deck which is accessed via the garden. All decks have modern glazed safety balustrading. There is outdoor furniture supplied on both upper and lower decks. Details of storage locations of cushions for the outdoor furniture are supplied in the Guests Welcome Guide, a copy of which is located in the kitchen of the property. There is a 20m long grass area which is ideal for playing and other childrens activities. Getting Around; The following locations are within easy driving distance of the property; • Brecon Beacons National Park; 36 miles; 60 minutes. • Tenby and Pembrokeshire beaches such as Barafundle; 57 miles; 65 to 80 minutes depending on traffic levels. • Gower beaches (Langland); 15 miles; 30 minutes. • Swansea City Centre; 10 miles; 20 minutes. • Afan Forest Mountain Bike Trails; 6 miles; 15 minutes. • Cardiff City centre; 40 miles; 50 minutes depending on traffic levels. • Neath Town Centre; 2 miles; 3 minutes with Tesco supermarket and high street shops and banks. • Coop store with cashpoint within 5 minutes walking distance. A car would be ideal for travelling around, however the nearest train station is 2 miles away in Neath and the property is on a local bus route. Other things to note. 176 Main Road is a self-catering holiday establishment. At the beginning of your stay we will provide you with complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar, etc in the kitchen cupboard. Toilets rolls and tissues will be provided in the bathroom and cloakroom, We also supply you with bedding, a towel set each and tea towels. These won’t be changed during you stay. Additional cleaning can be provided on request for a pre agreed additional charge. Please note that there is no parking allowed on the driveway at the front of the property as it is shared with the neighbour. Please be aware that this house rule must be strictly observed at all times. Any queries just ask ! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and gardens other than; 1. Attic space 2. Cupboard under stairs Other things to note Please mind the steps between the kitchen and the diner and the diner and the living room.
