Swiss Mountain 4305 has ZERO steps in, is MULTI-LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated DELUXE and SLEEPS FOUR. The LIVING ROOM features a FLAT-SCREEN TV and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the main living area. The wood-burning fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. There is a fully functional KITCHEN, and the DINING TABLE seats six. The bedroom offers a KING bed, a FLATSCREEN TV, and ONE FULL BATH. AIR CONDITIONING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE BEDROOM. This unit is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The small viewing deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort’s beautiful wooded landscape. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. This unit doesn’t offer a gas grill. All homes include a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), an Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT’S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).     Swiss Mountain is located within a short driving distance from the main entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and to Highlands Golf Course.  The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
