At Bronze Grove Farm and Chalets we encourage you to wonder around and absorb the natural earthy pleasures of farm life. The farm is situated at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range and incorporates part of the famous Tradouw Pass and is 3 kms from the quaint little village of Barrydale. We are a working farm concentrating on olives. We hand harvest and produce extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and bottled olives. We have introduced zebra and various antelope that roam freely. The space River Indlu is a cosy chalet offering privacy, tranquillity and beautiful mountain views. There might be a few Nguni cattle staring at you though or a few mischievous baboons for entertainment. It has a river frontage with a little outside table for romantic sundowners or early morning coffee. The open planned fully equipped kitchen cum living area, with a fireplace for ambiance and for warming up those karoo chills, opens onto a covered patio with built-in braai. There are two en-suite bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has an indoor/outdoor shower with a view of the surrounding fynbos and the other bedroom has an open planned bath-tub also with a view. Each bedroom has its own private loo. This chalet can be used as a private romantic getaway for two, a family needing quality time together or two couples needing to escape the hustle and bustle of city noise and breathe fresh farm karoo air.
