Completely updated electric, and plumbing as well as being hooked up to Boise's geothermal system for heat! Units also have ductless mini-splits for AC and backup heat. You are able to control the climate in your apartment. All of downtown is walkable from the Franklin House. It's a premiere location for travelers working downtown, who don't want to have a car. Boise's Organic Grocery Store - The Boise Co-op is just a block away. The house is within walking distance of the Downtown YMCA and just a few blocks (4-5) from all the fun shops, restaurants, pubs, and bars that downtown Boise offers.
