Your dream vacation for 2025 awaits at the iconic oceanfront Venetian Court, located in the heart of Capitola Village! The space The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation! This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio.  There is NO full kitchen in this unit.  There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer.   This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking. A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay. There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.
