The space Welcome to Amalfi, an elegant beach-themed studio located in the charming Auteuil district of Paris. This neighborhood gives a taste of the traditional life of a village within a big city. With its well-thought-out design and comfortable amenities, Amalfi offers a pleasant and comfortable space for your stay in the City of Light. Upon entering, you will immediately feel comfortable in this 35-square-meter studio. The queen-size bed is thoughtfully placed, creating a private and relaxing sleeping space, with a dedicated workstation that separates it from the rest of the living space. Whether you're here for leisure or work, this setup ensures comfort and productivity during your stay. The Amalfi has a modern and welcoming bathroom with all the necessary amenities, offering a refreshing space to start or end the day. The seating area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a complete entertainment system. With carefully selected decor, coastal-inspired elements and soothing colors, you'll feel transported to a relaxing seaside retreat. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, allowing you to prepare your meals when you prefer a home experience. From the seating area, you can step out onto the charming terrace, which offers a perfect place for al-fresco dining at the outdoor table. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the Parisian atmosphere. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the elevator stops on the 6th floor. Then there is one last step to the top floor, where the apartment is located. *This apartment can be booked for a period of 1 to 10 months. *Pets are welcome, but a fee may apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held responsible for noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any booking cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of the regular maintenance of the homes, the improvement of the design and the staging of the photos, there may be slight differences between the furniture seen in the photos and those you will find in the apartment. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
