Great for people on holiday, attending weddings at nearby Ribby Hall and The Villa or working at BAE Systems. Fabulous location for renowned Lytham Festival and Lytham Hall. An hour away from Lake District. Best of both worlds- close to sea and countryside. The space A modern three-bed property with lots of space, high-speed Wi-Fi, driveway, dining table to work on your laptop if required. A large living room that contains a Smart-TV and two comfortable leather settees. Doors that open out into kitchen diner. Kitchen has dishwasher and all cooking accessories that will make your stay great including an air fryer. Sleeps up to six people, ideally up to 5 adults and 1 child. Two bedrooms have double beds, TV and built in wardrobes. One bedroom has single bed with a smaller pull out bed that would suit a younger person plus TV and storage space. Travel cot and stair gates available. The family bathroom has a bath, over-bath shower, toilet and sink. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the property. You can park on the private driveway or in the cul-de-sac. Guest access We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in . You will have access to the whole house and garden during your stay.
