The space This  three bedroom villa of approximate 250 m2 of internal area with balconies is located on Lustica penninsula-Krasici within very short walking distance to the sea. Ground floor area consists of 2 levels. At one level there is a living room and toilet, and the gallery consists of dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Outside yard is realxing and spacious with plants in the back and pool in the front. There are 3 open car park spaces, and one garage at disposal. Other things to note - Tourist tax is not included in price. It is 1,00€ per person and day.
