The space It is a dormitory-style accommodation where the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared, while each individual has their own private room. Guest access This spaces is divided into a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and private rooms. The living room is equipped with entertainment facilities such as a home theater system and gaming console(PS5). The kitchen is equipped with basic breakfast items(Bread, milk, cereal, and etc) and utensils for cooking meals(ingredients need to be prepared by guests themselves). The terrace deck connected to the living room features a barbecue setup (additional fee applies) for outdoor grilling. During your stay From 09:00 to 18:00 _ Available at the office(1st floor) to assist with any inquiries or requests you may have. From 18:00 to 09:00 _ Unable to respond to any request, except in case of emergencies. Other things to note All items must be returned to their original condition after use. For example, various utensils used for cooking should be cleaned and placed back in their designated locations. In case of persistent disregard for the guidelines and continuous generation of noise, appropriate actions will be taken. These actions may include warnings, fines, or even eviction from the premises, depending on the severity and frequency of the noise disturbances.
