Guest access Full access to the cabin and ~¾ acre fenced property Hosts live part-time in the barn, separated by a privacy fence Other things to note Hurricane Helene Update: Thankfully, both the house and property were unaffected by the storm. However, the main road leading to the house was damaged and is currently being repaired, though it remains safely drivable. There will be ongoing roadwork which may cause delays -please drive slowly. The home is located about 5 minutes off Route 9 in a quiet development. Once you turn off Route 9 the last 2 miles are down a bumpy gravel road, it is recommended that your vehicle have 4WD or AWD. Low clearance vehicles not recommended. Please plan accordingly. Up to 2, well mannered, house trained dogs are welcome with no additional charge. There is a fence around the entire perimeter of the property. To secure the yard you will need to close the gate at the bottom of the driveway by hand. It requires being slightly lifted and latched in. Please note: while the yard is fenced, we cannot guarantee it will fully contain pets. Guests are responsible for keeping an eye on their dogs at all times, especially since wildlife such as bears and snakes may be present in the area. Unauthorized Guests: Individuals not listed on the original reservation are strictly prohibited from entering the property without prior clearance. This policy includes both friends and family members. Guest Responsibility: Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property. The owner disclaims responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. Additionally, the owner is not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Due to the wood stove and lack of childproofing this home is not suitable for children. By confirming a reservation, all guests acknowledge and accept the rules and risks associated with using the premises.
