Other things to note Check-In & Damage Deposit Information - You’ll receive an email and SMS with a link to your Guestflow portal. Please complete your online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival for a smooth experience. - Guestflow requires a £1 payment on a valid credit card with at least £200 available. This is a pre-authorization for the £200 damage deposit—the £1 is refunded. - The deposit is securely held by Stripe (not us) and only charged if there are damages. The hold is released about 5 days after your stay, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 10–15 working days to clear from your statement. - Once check-in is complete, you’ll receive your lockbox code around 10am on your arrival day.
